Diagram: Deleuze (2017) is a large-scale drawing inspired by Gilles Deleuze’s reflections upon art. Deleuze was an advocate for dismantling the intellectualism of the Western canon, including a rethinking of geometrical systems and undoing the normalising practices and discourse of psychoanalysis. Playful, irreverent, and sometimes psychedelic, after watching ‘The A-Z of Deleuze’, I became fascinated with the face- also a topic of interest in his work.
